Latest Japanese Hardware Charts (Week Ending 4/5/08)

Yay, the latest figures are in and thanks to Japan’s Golden Week hardware sales increased quite a bit in the week ending 4th of May.

It shouldn’t come as a shocker that the PSP dominated the charts, it’s been doing that for some time now after all. It managed to move a staggering 100,870 units this time, which is 8500 more than last week.

The Nintendo Wii managed to sneak in at #2, moving an impressive 71,518 consoles. Additionally, the DS saw an increase of 10,000, selling 52,542 units. More after the jump.
