Yasumi Matsuno Reveals Cancelled Final Fantasy Tactics 2 Plans

During a live Final Fantasy XIV broadcast this week, Yasumi Matsuno and his former team members (now working on the MMORPG) shared some off-screen photos of a cancelled Final Fantasy Tactics sequel. Nova Crystallis reports that the sequel was planned to be outsourced rather than developed in-house, and it seemingly used a 2D hexagonal system instead of 3D like in the original.
