Square Enix has announced that its Platinum Games-developed action RPG NieR: Automata has reached a new milestone, having shipped 3 million units since launch. This includes physical and digital copies.
The game released in February last year for PS4 and PC, and has received overwhelmingly positive reviews. Critics praised the game’s narrative, combat system, music, and its clever combination of different gameplay genres.
