Just a quick update for those of you who are interested in Bungie’s upcoming extraction shooter Marathon, the company has now officially announced its release date. It will be out on March 5th, 2026, for PS5, Xbox Series and Steam.
The game is also racking up pre-orders on Steam, currently placing sixth on the global top sellers list. This is no doubt great news for Bungie, as the game has been through its share of controversy and criticism recently, not to mention the general consensus has been a mixed bag so far. It’s obviously too early to call it a success, though.
Additionally, Bungie has published a new gameplay trailer and revealed the voice cast for the game. Admittedly, I’m not terribly familiar with these voice actors, but I might actually prefer that over seeing the same big names repeated for every game that comes out. Check it out below.
